Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy - No Questions Asked

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a 100% refund on the returned item/s. Item/s must be in the original shape when purchased upon return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. 

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please reach out to jeff@retroaustinapparel.com to initiate the process. You will have 30 days upon purchase to exchange your product/s.
